My experience in Education begins in 2001 when I start serving as the LMS admin and trainer for Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Santa Fe. In the way, I realize that there is a strong relation between Pedagogy (among other elements) and successful technology adoption, so I introduce areas as Instructional Design to my department.
I have had the opportunity to serve as a professor since 2004, first for K-12 and then for undergraduate students, and all the time for professors. As well, I have had the experience of being an online student in my two master degrees. My last thesis topic was: the use of mobile apps to promote autonomous learning in students of a course using Blended Learning.
My role as the leader of the Center for Faculty Development and Educational Innovation, also gave me the chance to support professors of every school, around the development of Educational Innovation Projects as part of the transformation strategy of Tecnológico de Monterrey towards Modelo Tec21.
Since January 2016, I happily became a Customer Success Advocate for LAC at Blackboard.
